At RNR Travel Ltd, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled, what fees may apply, and how rental supplier rules impact refund eligibility. By making a reservation through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Cancellation Overview
RNR Travel Ltd acts as a booking platform connecting customers with independent, third-party car rental suppliers. All cancellations are subject to the rental provider’s individual policies. We do not control or override supplier cancellation rules.
2. Cancellation Before Pickup Time
Customers may cancel their reservation before the scheduled pickup time, subject to supplier-specific cancellation conditions. Some bookings may allow free cancellation within a certain time window, while others may include cancellation penalties or be fully non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Deadlines
Each rental supplier defines its own cancellation deadline. Cancellations made after the permitted timeframe may result in partial refunds or no refund at all. Customers are responsible for reviewing cancellation deadlines before confirming a booking.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain reservations—such as promotional rates, prepaid deals, discounted offers, or special vehicle categories—are classified as non-refundable. Once confirmed, these bookings cannot be canceled for a refund under any circumstances.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation is considered a no-show. No-show reservations are fully non-refundable, and the rental supplier may release the vehicle to another customer.
6. Early Vehicle Pickup Failure
If a customer cannot pick up the vehicle due to invalid documentation, expired driver’s license, insufficient credit card funds, or failure to meet rental requirements, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
7. Modification vs Cancellation
In some cases, modifying a reservation may be more cost-effective than canceling it. Modification requests are subject to availability and supplier approval and may result in rate changes or modification fees.
8. Post-Cancellation Processing Fees
If a cancellation is accepted by the supplier, RNR Travel Ltd may charge a cancellation processing or post-ticketing fee to cover administrative handling, system updates, and customer support services.
9. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the rental supplier’s policy. Any approved refund amount may be reduced by supplier penalties, service fees, or processing charges. Refunds are never guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the booking terms.
10. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing may take between 7 to 21 business days depending on the supplier, payment method, and banking institutions involved.
11. Force Majeure Situations
Events beyond reasonable control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public emergencies—are subject to the rental supplier’s discretion. RNR Travel Ltd will assist with communication but cannot guarantee refunds.
12. Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
By completing a reservation through RNR Travel Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and continued use of our platform signifies acceptance of any changes.
