8. Service Fee & Refunds
If a rental supplier approves a refund for the rental portion of your booking, the service fee will not be refunded. Only amounts permitted under the supplier’s refund policy may be returned to the customer.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the service fee remains non-refundable. Additional administrative or processing fees may apply if incurred during dispute handling.
