These terms govern your use of our services and outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

1. Our Role as a Booking Platform

RNR Travel Ltd operates as an online booking facilitator. We connect customers with independent third-party car rental companies and vehicle suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control rental vehicles. All rental agreements are entered directly between the customer and the rental supplier.

2. Eligibility to Rent

Renters must meet the minimum age and licensing requirements set by the rental supplier, typically 21 years of age. Drivers under 25 may be subject to additional surcharges. A valid driver’s license, acceptable identification, and a credit card in the renter’s name are required at pickup.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All reservations made through our website are requests for service. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and approval by the rental supplier. Vehicle availability, upgrades, substitutions, or rental denial remain at the sole discretion of the supplier.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

Prices displayed on our website are based on supplier-provided information at the time of search. Final charges may include taxes, airport fees, insurance costs, fuel charges, toll fees, and optional add-ons selected at pickup. Customers are responsible for reviewing all charges before accepting the rental agreement.

5. Payments & Security Deposits

Some rentals require full or partial payment at the time of booking, while others allow payment at pickup. A refundable security deposit may be held on the renter’s credit card by the supplier to cover potential damages, violations, or additional charges.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies vary by rental supplier. Some reservations may qualify for free cancellation within a specific timeframe, while others may be partially refundable or non-refundable. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the rental supplier. Service or processing fees charged by RNR Travel Ltd are non-refundable.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in a “no-show.” In such cases, the full rental amount may be forfeited, and refunds are generally not available.

8. Vehicle Condition & Usage

Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle at pickup and reporting any pre-existing damage immediately. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, lost keys, or misuse during the rental period.

9. Insurance & Liability

Rental suppliers may include basic insurance or offer optional coverage such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Liability Insurance, and Theft Protection. RNR Travel Ltd does not provide insurance coverage and is not responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising during the rental.

10. Fuel, Mileage & Tolls

Fuel policies, mileage limits, and toll charges vary by supplier. Customers are responsible for fuel replacement, excess mileage charges, toll violations, and administrative fees incurred during the rental.

11. Prohibited Use

Rental vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, off-road driving, or by unauthorized drivers. Violations may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNR Travel Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, delays, accidents, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our website or services booked through our platform.

13. Website Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our website; however, technical issues, maintenance, or system outages may occur. We do not guarantee continuous availability of our services.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of RNR Travel Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

15. Governing Law
