At RNR Travel Ltd, we strive to keep our pricing clear and transparent. While we aim to minimize additional charges, certain actions requested after a car rental booking has been confirmed may result in post-ticketing fees. These fees cover the administrative, technical, and operational work required to process changes or special requests after booking confirmation.

1. What Are Post-Ticketing Fees?

Post-ticketing fees are charges applied after a reservation has already been confirmed. These fees are separate from rental supplier charges and are associated with changes, cancellations, reprocessing, or manual handling requested by the customer after booking.

2. Reservation Modification Fees

Any request to modify an existing reservation—such as changes to pickup or drop-off dates, times, locations, vehicle category, rental duration, or driver details—may result in a post-ticketing modification fee. Availability, supplier rules, and timing of the request may also affect pricing.

3. Cancellation Processing Fees

If a booking is canceled after confirmation, a post-ticketing cancellation processing fee may apply. This fee covers administrative handling, system updates, and coordination with the rental supplier, regardless of whether the supplier allows a partial refund.

4. Rebooking or New Reservation Fees

Customers who cancel an existing reservation and request a new booking may be charged a rebooking fee. This fee is independent of supplier penalties or rate differences and reflects the time and resources required to process a new reservation.

5. Refund Handling Fees

If a refund is approved by the rental supplier, a refund handling fee may be charged by RNR Travel Ltd. This fee covers administrative processing, banking costs, and payment gateway charges. Service fees applied at the time of booking remain non-refundable.

6. No-Show Fees

Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice is considered a no-show. No-show reservations are typically non-refundable, and additional post-ticketing fees may apply for administrative processing and supplier coordination.

7. Agent-Assisted Service Fees

Requests handled manually by our support team—such as phone or email changes, cancellations, or special assistance—may incur an agent-assisted service fee. This fee compensates for additional labor, time, and manual processing.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargeback Fees

In cases where a customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their bank or card issuer, a dispute handling fee may be applied. This fee covers the investigation, documentation, and administrative work required to respond to the claim.

9. Supplier-Imposed Penalties

Post-ticketing fees charged by RNR Travel Ltd are separate from any penalties imposed by the rental supplier. Suppliers may charge additional fees for late cancellations, early returns, mileage overages, or policy violations. Customers are responsible for reviewing supplier terms before booking.

10. Non-Refundable Post-Ticketing Fees

All post-ticketing fees charged by RNR Travel Ltd are non-refundable. These fees cover work performed immediately after booking or during post-booking requests and cannot be reversed even if the rental supplier issues a refund.

11. Acceptance of Post-Ticketing Fees

By completing a booking through RNR Travel Ltd, you acknowledge and accept this Post-Ticketing Fees Policy. We reserve the right to modify or update these fees at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
